1. About us
EasyTestSwap is a service operated by All in One Driving School Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17036228. It helps learner drivers in the UK arrange to swap their practical driving test dates with one another. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA), the DVA, or gov.uk.
2. What we do and don't do
We provide a matching service that introduces you to other learners who wish to swap a test date. We do not book, change, or cancel tests on your behalf. Any change to your booking is made by you, directly with the DVSA, using the official booking system.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old, hold a valid UK provisional licence, and have an existing DVSA practical test booking to use the matching service.
4. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for the security of your login. You must provide truthful information, including a valid mobile number for verification.
5. Fees
Creating an account and listing a test are free. A one-off service fee applies when you activate matching, as shown on our Pricing page. The DVSA test fee is separate and paid directly to the DVSA.
6. No guarantee of a match
We can't guarantee that a suitable swap will be found, or the timeframe in which one might be found, as this depends on the availability of other learners. Where we don't find you a match, our refund policy applies — see Refund Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by submitting false information, attempting to defraud other users, or using the platform for anything other than arranging a genuine test swap.
8. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but we're not responsible for the actions of other users, for DVSA availability, or for any outcome of a test. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the latest version here with an updated date.
