EasyTestSwap is a service operated by All in One Driving School Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17036228. All in One Driving School Limited is the data controller responsible for the personal information you provide. We help learner drivers arrange to swap driving test dates.
All in One Driving School Limited is registering with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our ICO registration reference will be published here once it has been issued.
2. What we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect: your name and email, your mobile number (for verification and alerts), your DVSA booking reference and driving licence number (to set up a swap), your chosen test centres and date preferences, and basic technical data such as your device and browser type.
3. How we use it
We use your information to create and manage your account, match you with other learners, send you match alerts by SMS and email, provide customer support, and meet our legal obligations.
4. Lawful basis
We process your data to perform our contract with you, where you've given consent (for example, marketing emails), and where we have a legitimate interest in running and securing the service.
5. Sharing
We don't sell your data. When you accept a match, we share only the booking details needed for the two of you to complete the swap. We may use trusted service providers (for example, SMS and email delivery) who process data on our behalf.

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
