Frequently asked questions
Do I need a test booked already?
Yes — EasyTestSwap matches you with another learner so you can swap dates, so you both need an existing DVSA practical test booking. If you haven't booked yet, book through gov.uk first, then sign up to us.
When exactly do I pay?
You're only charged after we've found you a match and both you and your swap partner accept it. If we never find a suitable match, you never pay — so there's no money to refund and no risk in signing up.
Is the DVSA test fee included?
No. The DVSA's own practical test fee is paid separately to them. The £24.99 is only the EasyTestSwap service fee.
Are you affiliated with the DVSA?
No. EasyTestSwap is an independent service that helps learner drivers coordinate date swaps. We are not endorsed by or connected to the DVSA, DVA or gov.uk.
